Key Role

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader and expert in delivery management, responsible for overseeing the health of lending portfolios and coaching teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies to drive seamless campaign execution.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor portfolio health and implement strategies to optimize performance
  • Coach teams to achieve world-class standards in delivery and quality
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective execution of plans globally
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of global campaigns, adapting to local context and culture as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • At least 17 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity
  • Lean Portfolio Management expertise in large-scale environments, preferably in financial services
  • Strong asset and value tracking skills, with ability to map capacity to demand and track delivered value
  • Experience managing complex enterprise-wide business and IT portfolios within FTSE100 companies
  • Ability to use data for portfolio prioritization recommendations, reporting, and decision-making
