Job Role:

As a Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in project management, requiring an in-depth understanding of WFM tools and project management experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in the WFM field.

The applicant should have expertise in working with all stages of WFM, including forecasting, capacity planning, rostering, and scheduling. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX, and databases are essential.

A post-graduate degree in a related discipline is required, and certification in Management Consulting is highly desirable.

  • Collect information about the client's business through various methods, including shadowing, interviews, and reading reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify weaknesses and problems, and comprehend their causes.
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions, taking into account the client's wishes, capabilities, and limitations, and present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
  • Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes, and assist the client in implementing the plan and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Professional Services team to support project management from a business capability standpoint, and working as a business knowledge bridge between internal and external teams.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
