  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing content calendars tailored to specific channels and audience demographics.
  • Conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing content that is optimized for each platform's unique features.
  • Owning and managing end-to-end content creation processes, from conceptualization to distribution.
  • Building and scaling creator and influencer ecosystems to amplify brand messaging and reach.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to craft messaging for key moments and events.
  • Analyzing performance data regularly to refine content formats, frequency, and messaging strategies.
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates to innovate and improve content offerings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, social media strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and growing social media presence from scratch or scale.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content formats that resonate with service-based audiences.
  • Strong creative instincts, combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also exhibiting self-starter energy and initiative.
