As a leader in hospitality operations, we are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic upkeep of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This key role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and close coordination with other departments to ensure seamless and elevated guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Define and implement cleanliness, maintenance, and amenity standards across guest rooms and public areas, driving operational excellence and consistently superior guest experience.
  • Develop and Manage SOPs: Collaborate with Corporate Housekeeper to develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) that meet quality control standards.
  • Quality Control Audits: Create structured checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and execute departmental operational budgets effectively, ensuring cost discipline and minimizing wastage.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Leadership Skills: Promote a positive, hands-on leadership style that inspires the team by serving as a role model of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Foster open communication with staff, management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of plans.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: A graduate from a hospitality or equivalent institute with 10 years or more experience in Housekeeping, including leadership exposure in hospitality.
