Job Title: Senior PR Associate

We are seeking a skilled Senior PR Associate to join our team in the hospitality sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that involves crafting compelling stories, managing media relations, and executing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft press materials such as press releases, property listings, pitch documents, event calendars, guest chef profiles, and media FAQs tailored to hospitality clients.
  2. Build targeted media lists, manage media invites, handle follow-ups with journalists, bloggers, food critics, and influencers, and conduct in-person media rounds.
  3. Assist with hospitality-centric events including hotel launches, food festivals, staycations, tasting menus, and experiential press previews. Manage logistics, checklists, media kits, and post-event media coverage.
  4. Compile monthly reports, monitor trends, and track client mentions in media.
  5. Conduct secondary research for new ventures, tourism trends, concept pitches, and seasonal campaigns.
  6. Maintain timely and professional client interactions. Share MoMs, send weekly updates, and flag media opportunities.
  7. Track key awards, editorial calendars, and influencer collaborations to align with client objectives.
  8. Implement end-to-end hospitality PR campaigns, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in PR, ideally with hospitality clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with hospitality media, influencers, and digital travel trends.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content tools.
