Business Development Representative

We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries.
Job SummaryCapTalent HR is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in closing deals.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $15,000 - $17,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize strong sales techniques to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with Voice Process/upsell/renewals/Telesales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent Kannada speaking with average English speaking skills
- Rotational week off between Monday to Friday
This position is located in Koramangala, Bangalore. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will also be required to attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
