We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tableau Developer to join our analytics team. As a key player, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact data visualization solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights.">
  • Connect to, prepare, and optimize various data sources (databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms) for efficient use within Tableau.">
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Tableau workbooks and data sources, applying best practices for optimization.">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.">
  • Promote and enforce Tableau best practices, governance standards, and data visualization principles to ensure consistency, usability, and data integrity.">
  • Provide guidance and support to junior developers and business users, fostering their understanding and adoption of Tableau.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 6-10 years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar data visualization role.">
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including advanced calculations, parameters, sets, LOD expressions, and complex dashboard design.">
  • Strong experience in connecting to and working with diverse data sources, such as SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), and cloud platforms.">
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support Tableau development.">
  • Proven ability to optimize Tableau dashboard performance and troubleshoot complex issues.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively gather requirements and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.">
