Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

As a seasoned visual expert, you will craft exceptional digital and physical product experiences that bring global brands to life while staying true to their core equities.

  • Develop and refine brand assets like style guides, logos, icons, patterns, and packaging templates.
  • Prepare final brand materials for global distribution by ensuring consistency in design elements.
  • Support adaptive design projects alongside the creative team to create innovative solutions.
  • Occasionally develop creative concepts incorporating ideal use of color, typography, imagery, and layout.
  • Ensure best-in-class design execution for both in-store and e-commerce channels through precise attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and business needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Champion sustainable practices across brand touchpoints to minimize environmental impact.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing quality and timeliness.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in professional brand design.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with print production tools and workflows.
  • Technical Precision: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct issues related to layout, typography, and color accuracy.
  • Collaborative Skills: Experience working closely with designers, project managers, production managers, and printers to ensure artwork meets all technical specifications and brand standards.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Continuous Learning: Keen interest in staying updated with the latest print production technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.

Required hard skills include strong sense of typography, composition, and layout, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort with content management systems and design approval workflows. Desired soft skills include self-starting abilities, teamwork, visual communication, organizational skills, and commitment to collaboration and inclusion.
