Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Controls Testing Lead is to develop and execute a comprehensive testing methodology for critical key controls across various business domains.

This role focuses on assurance activities, including resiliency material and critical controls testing, with opportunities for growth into other operational risk domains.

  • Develop and execute controls testing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and communicate gaps in controls to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with assurance functions to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities

Assurance Planning Process:

  • Develop and prioritize testing activities to optimize resource allocation.

Control Testing Execution:

  • Plan and execute control tests in accordance with established methodologies.
  • Coordinate review processes with stakeholders to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Review and approve work performed by team members.

Reporting and Stakeholder Management:

  • Present results to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders throughout the review lifecycle.
