Senior IT Asset Management Trainer

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to transform the way our organization manages its IT assets. As a seasoned professional, you will drive compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Oversee hardware asset management processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
  • Lead software asset management programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
  • Implement cloud insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  • Maintain and govern CMDB and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  • Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  • Train, coach, and mentor fresh graduates and junior IT staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.
