Expertise Sought for Complex Communications and Signal Processing

Our organization requires a highly skilled professional to develop complex communications or signal processing blocks for wireless-IoT products. In this role, you will apply your understanding of OFDM/signal processing concepts to drive the definition of wireless blocks that meet product requirements.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with system engineers to define wireless blocks, preparing and holding architecture, design, and verification reviews, as well as utilizing pre-silicon verification techniques. Additionally, you will validate/bring-up designs on silicon, providing support to cross-functional teams.

  • Design and develop complex digital subsystems using systems engineering principles
  • Translate Matlab algorithm implementation into effective RTL micro-architectures
  • Develop Verilog RTL designs that take designs through the silicon development lifecycle to production
  • Experience with logic simulators, design/waveform browsers, and power analysis tools
  • Logic synthesis, timing constraints, and timing closure experience
  • Collaborate with backend team to optimize design for power performance and area
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Tcl
  • Experience with revision control and configuration management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
