Lead Wireless LAN Network Engineer

Job Description
  • Design, develop and execute automated test scripts using Python for wireless network management solutions.
  • Drive test automation for functional, integration, performance and regression testing across wireless network management solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and network engineering teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Implement automated test suites to validate key features such as Wi-Fi management, API integrations and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, including wireless network failures, connectivity problems and integration bugs.
  • Ensure integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation, performance testing and wireless network validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Python for developing test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Solid experience in manual and automated testing, with a focus on wireless LAN management, API testing and performance validation.
  • Strong understanding of Wi-Fi standards and protocols, including IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and others.
  • Expertise in Wi-Fi security protocols, including WEP, WPA/WPA2 and WPA3 encryption methods.
