Job Title: Crisis Resolution Leader
A prominent liner shipping company is seeking a skilled professional to manage and lead the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring efficient service restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions for major incidents.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding incident updates and resolutions.
- Analyse incident trends to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience in managing incidents in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
