Job Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising staff and be proficient in key performance metrics such as Staff Utilization, Employee Engagement, First Call Resolution, Net Promoter Score, and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience leading teams of 10-15+ members
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics: Staff Utilization, Employee Engagement, First Call Resolution, NPS, CSAT
  • Experience in presenting Key Performance Reports to senior management

The successful candidate must come from a customer-facing industry background and be willing to work flexible night shifts.


Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff members to ensure seamless team operations
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement through effective leadership
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize team efficiency
  • Develop and present regular reports on team performance to senior management
Requirements:
  • Graduation with a degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
