ERP Developer Role Overview

This role will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing enterprise solutions using X++, with additional emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize ERP solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance ER configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Evaluate all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in ERP environments.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
