Job Title: Senior Design Professional

Description:

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Design Professional. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects.

We are seeking an individual with 8-10 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles. Your expertise should include proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, as well as the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Innovative Design Thinking: Spearhead design-thinking initiatives, infusing creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Planning and Execution: Take charge of planning and developing design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Working & Detailed Drawing Expertise: Proficiently execute Working & Detailed Drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Additional Skills (preferred):

  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
  • Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.
