Job Title: Manager Internal, Audit

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position in our internal audit team. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead audits and projects across Asia and support global audits as required.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Plan, lead, and manage end-to-end audits and projects across Asia, ensuring thorough audit risk assessment, efficient execution, timely completion, and high-quality results.

- Interface with senior management on a regular basis to communicate audit findings and assess business risks.

What We're Looking For

- 7-9 years of experience in internal audit / operational audit and/or previous experience in analyzing business processes or finance;

- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting or finance;

- Proven track record of successfully directing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational priorities;

- Professional certification required (i.e., CA, MBA Finance, CIA, CFE);

- Understanding of compliance and enterprise risk management environment;

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation analytical and writing skills;

- Travel required;

- Public accounting experience preferred;

- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and drive improvements to achieve recognition of a "world-class" internal audit function;

- Ability to think independently and be a thought leader with strong business acumen;

- Ability to participate within a multidisciplinary team and be a strong team player;

- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines;

Preferred Skills and Experiences

- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS - Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance/ CFE / CIA;

- EXPERIENCE/PREFERRED INDUSTRY - 6+ years;

- BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES : Talent management and supervisor experience with small to medium size teams;
