Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned internal audit professional with expertise in business process improvement and strategic risk management. They will lead audits and projects across Asia, ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality results. This leader will also interface with executive management to communicate audit findings and assess business risks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, lead, and manage end-to-end audits and projects across Asia, ensuring thorough audit coverage and objective results.
  2. Interface with management on a regular basis to communicate audit results and assess business risks.
  3. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the department by eliminating non-value-added activities and initiating improvement efforts.
  4. Participate in cross-functional efforts within the company to improve operations.
  5. Support Audit Director and Audit VP on Audit Committee communication and reporting.
  6. Promote the professional development of staff auditors through coaching, mentoring, training, and career development planning.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in internal audit or operational audit.
  • BS degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification required (i.e., CA, MBA Finance, CIA, CFE).
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation analytical and writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and drive improvements to achieve recognition of a "world class" Internal Audit function.
