Job Title: SRE

SRE Role

We are seeking an experienced SRE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, application administration, and production support.

About the Job:

  • This role is responsible for providing production, operations, and application administration support for business and web applications.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automatic CI/CD deployment of applications.
  • This position requires excellent knowledge in administering applications in AWS/Azure cloud, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of solid experience as an application support administrator, primarily in a Microsoft-oriented IT environment.
  • Strong expertise in Web Server Knowledge - IIS, Apache web server.
  • Strong experience with PowerShell scripts.
  • Good understanding of common network protocols (HTTP, FTP) and SSL along with knowledge of debugging network-related issues using various available tools like Wireshark.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent work experience in supporting ASP/.Net based applications (custom developed and off-the-shelf systems).
  • Experience in application security.
  • Ability to fine-tune applications for performance issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases.
