Reliability and Performance Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Reliability and Performance Expert.

This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems, which requires 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Architecture and Configuration Management: The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems and be able to configure and manage system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Proficiency in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability is essential.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols is necessary for effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is required for incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Root Cause Investigation and Analysis: Strong analytical skills are needed to conduct root cause investigations and analyze complex systems for potential issues.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Hands-on experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform is necessary for automating tasks and enhancing efficiency and reliability.

  • Communication Skills: Able to document processes and convey technical concepts clearly.
