
Front Office Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the front desk is well-organized and presentable with all necessary materials.
Greeting and welcoming guests is a key aspect of this role. As the first point of contact, you will be required to answer questions and address complaints in a professional manner.
You will also be responsible for handling incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as needed.
Receiving and distributing mail, packages etc. is also a key part of this role.
In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
Maintaining accurate records and files is also a key responsibility in this role.
Monitoring office expenses and costs is an important part of this job.
Additional duties may include making travel arrangements and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the front desk is tidy and well-organized
- Greet and welcome guests
- Handle incoming calls and messages
- Receive and distribute mail, packages etc.
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
