Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in contract management.

The successful candidate will have expertise in configuring and managing the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform, with a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and the ability to work effectively with various Icertis modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with business requirements and optimize system performance.
  • Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls to safeguard sensitive data and ensure secure user access.
  • Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all systems.
  • Support P2P integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems, enabling efficient and streamlined operations.
  • Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities to facilitate effective contract management and compliance.
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance to drive business success and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure users have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the Icertis platform effectively.
