Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing the company's financial activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The candidate will work closely with the Assistant Manager - Accounts and Finance to manage finances effectively.

  • Budgeting and Cash Management: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, as well as overseeing cash management activities.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including accounts payable and receivable management.
  • Finance Projects and Bookings: Assist in the planning and execution of finance projects, as well as ensuring timely booking of revenues and expenses.
  • Consolidation: Participate in the consolidation of financial data from various sources.
  • Review Account Payables: Regularly review account payables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Incentives Workings: Assist in the development and implementation of incentives programs.
  • MIS: Maintain and update management information systems (MIS) to support financial decision-making.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Corporate Compliances: Ensure adherence to corporate compliances and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • CA or Inter CA (2 to 4 years' experience): Chartered Accountant or Intermediate Chartered Accountant certification with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
