Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting and Reporting Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting advisory services to diverse clients.

  • Financial Reporting Assistance: Assist with financial reporting activities, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Business & Finance Transformation: Participate in and manage diverse business and finance transformation engagements, with an emphasis on process improvement.
  • CFO Agenda Support: Contribute to CFO agenda-related topics, providing insights and support on strategic financial initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support Managers and Associate Directors in managing client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Technical Accounting Advisory: Provide expert technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues, conduct thorough research on accounting topics, and prepare comprehensive technical memos.
  • Client Understanding & Expectation Management: Ensure that the engagement team thoroughly understands each client's unique needs, ambitions, and expectations.
  • Cross-Service Line Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to facilitate the provision of seamless and integrated services to clients.
  • Performance Management & Service Improvement: Contribute to managing team performance and actively identify opportunities to improve Uniqus's services and internal processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional Certification: Qualified CAs or CA with experience of working in technical accounting/financial reporting.
  • Relevant Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
