Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing safe and efficient structural solutions, managing junior engineers and technicians, and ensuring the quality of all design output.

You will work on designing and delivering projects from start to finish, including undertaking design resolution, preparing calculations, and coordinating with other disciplines. Your strong technical skills and leadership abilities will enable you to manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in structural design works for building structures (concrete and steel). You should have hands-on experience with various structural framing systems for gravity loads and lateral loads, as well as dynamic analysis of structures.

Additionally, you should be proficient in using digital tools like Revit, Bluebeam, BIM360, and familiar with international design standards and codes. Experience with software such as Robot, Etabs, Ram Concept, CSC, STAAD, RAPT, and similar is also desirable.
