Job Title: DevOps Engineer II

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that support our software product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. They will also have experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and monitoring tools like ELK.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure using cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment and maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement system architecture.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues using tools like ELK and New Relic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on cloud computing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK and New Relic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
