IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure specialist to provide day-to-day support of client networks, servers, and overall infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' IT systems remotely and at customer sites when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize Windows-based networks and servers.
  • Provide technical expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.
  • Design and implement firewall and switch configurations (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet).
  • Manage heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Ensure seamless integration with on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite).
  • Implement MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service-level commitments and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.
  • Familiarity with firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet).
  • Hands-on experience with heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite).
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • CCNA or equivalent network experience is desired.
  • MSCE or equivalent server experience is desired.
  • Technical Certifications are a plus.
