Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the Order Management System (OMS) for a seamless checkout and payment experience.
  • Optimize payment gateway integrations, invoicing, and refunds with engineering and finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to payments and transactions.
Revenue Growth Initiatives
  • Design and manage customer referral programs that drive organic growth and engagement.
  • Implement auto-renewal, subscription management, and upgrade experiences across user segments.
  • Track churn patterns and optimize renewal flows to improve conversion rates.
User Experience & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze user behavior, payment drop-offs, and conversion funnel metrics to continuously improve the order and payment experience.
  • Conduct A/B tests and iterate on referral, upgrade, and renewal flows based on data insights.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to drive product improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems, payment gateways, and revenue operations.
  • Experience in designing referral, upgrade, and renewal programs that drive growth.
