Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Risk/Profitability & Forecasting

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst with deep expertise in financial modeling and lending risk analytics. This individual will play a key role in delivering strategic insights by analyzing key profitability drivers, credit loss curves, and collections performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop full-stack profitability models for retail loan products including STPL BNPL LAP PL
  • Work on IRR NPV RAROC models at cohort and borrower segment level to enhance predictive capabilities
  • Analyze the impact of pricing approval rate CAC collections cost and credit loss on unit economics for informed decision-making
  • Simulate outcomes under different business scenarios and sensitivities such as resolution drop bounce spike to optimize strategies
  • Build and refine static pool/vintage models to estimate losses across DPD buckets and track collection efficiency
  • Use bounce data resolution rate trends and flow-through logic to predict future delinquency and improve recovery rates
  • Calibrate expected loss models and integrate with provisioning ECL or capital forecasting frameworks to ensure accuracy
  • Partner with credit and collections teams to iterate on back-tested outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Track collections efficiency across buckets Soft Hard Legal and compute impact on NCL to inform policy decisions
  • Use bounce rate and recovery flow to model resolution probability curves and design effective recovery scenarios
  • Design dashboards in Power BI / Excel for risk and profitability KPIs to facilitate data-driven decision-making
  • Create MIS and simulation tools for business credit and strategy teams to support strategic planning
  • Present to senior leadership actionable insights on loss trends recovery ROI and segment economics to inform business strategies
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling and lending risk analytics
  • Strong background in retail lending preferably within a Bank NBFC or FinTech environment
  • Experience with IRR NPV RAROC models and static pool/vintage models
  • Knowledge of collections efficiency metrics and tracking systems
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
