Key Role: Storyboarding Visualizer

This is a pivotal position that demands a creative and skilled professional to visualize concepts into tangible sequences.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in storyboarding, visual storytelling, and composition, showcasing expertise in interpretation of scripts, briefs, and concepts.
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively with the Motion Graphics Designer is crucial for ensuring smooth translation of storyboard to animation.
  • Proficiency in creating sketches, frames, and compositions that capture camera angles, transitions, and visual style is essential.
  • Additionally, suggesting creative ideas for visual storytelling, scene flow, and pacing while adhering to brand guidelines, tone, and intended audience experience is vital.
  • The selected candidate must be adept at adapting storyboards based on feedback from creative leads, clients, and production teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Storyboard Artist, Visualiser, or similar role in animation/video production.
  • A degree in animation, fine arts, or related field.
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling and composition, including proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • A good grasp of motion graphics principles and how visuals translate into animation.
  • Strong drawing skills (digital or traditional) with the ability to convey mood, movement, and action.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with After Effects or other motion graphics software.
  • Experience in 2D/3D animation workflows and understanding of typography and design aesthetics.
