Job Overview:

The Creative Visionary will spearhead the agency's artistic direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design.

Key Responsibilities include leading and managing a talented creative team, conceptualizing and overseeing the design of various marketing materials, developing and refining brand identities, and staying updated on design trends and tools.

  • Lead and manage the creative team to set a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Arts, 6+ years of professional design experience, and a proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and design.
