Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to maintain productivity.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver expected results.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field to demonstrate academic foundation.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience to showcase expertise and maturity.
  • Proficiency in German language to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies to apply best practices.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects to handle complexity and scope.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to motivate teams and drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to deliver results-oriented solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management software tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
