
HR Support Advisor

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Employee Service Manager, supporting employees with their queries and ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, benefits, and internal processes. They will also coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, HR policies, benefits, and internal queries;
- Logging, tracking, and ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns;
- Providing clear communication and guidance on company policies and procedures;
- Maintaining employee records with accuracy and confidentiality;
- Supporting the development of FAQs, knowledge base, and employee self-service tools;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Employee Services (internships or entry-level roles considered);
- Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll practices preferred;
- Strong communication skills (Spanish required, English is a plus);
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/Payroll tools is an advantage;
