
HR & Finance Support Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our back-end HR operations and accounting support.
Main Responsibilities- Manage employee attendance records, ensuring accurate timesheet submissions.
- Administer payroll, including statutory deductions, and maintain leave management systems.
- Handle queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations with precision.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and audits.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations, with utmost accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing efficiently.
- Ensure accurate financial data entry in accounting software.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, and offer rollouts.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exposure to both HR operations and core accounting functions.
