Senior Executive Engineer Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance of process equipment, including vial filling, washing, tunnel, and isolators.
  • Enter checklists online for carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Attend breakdown maintenance in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines for process equipment.
  • Ensure cGMP, good distribution practice (GDP), and safety standards are followed during all activities.
  • Maintain good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Manage spares for all process equipment.
  • Operate and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Maintain clean room parameters and troubleshoot issues.
  • Operate HVAC requalification.
  • Communicate relevant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) issues to concerned personnel.
  • Plan and prepare purchase requests with spare and work details as per format.
  • Coordinate with vendors for aftermarket services-covered equipment.
  • Document preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
  • Execute running projects, new projects, or plant extension works.
  • Prepare equipment qualification documents.

As a Senior Executive Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance of process equipment, managing spares, operating HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety standards. You will also coordinate with other departments, vendors, and personnel to resolve plant maintenance issues and communicate EHS concerns.
