About Us:

Job Description:

The Maintenance Planning Team Lead role is a key member of the Maintenance organization within an oil and gas company.

Key Responsibilities include routine maintenance planning and scheduling activities with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teams, providing SME support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for executed project work, ensuring high-quality work packages in compliance with industry standards, driving accountability regarding the use of standard tools and practices, and collaborating with Operations to ensure schedules are integrated into the operating plan.

Required Qualifications include a Degree in relevant Engineering or Maintenance Discipline, previous experience in a Maintenance Planning Leadership Position, strong technical background in planning and scheduling tools, and understanding of planning processes including constructability, advanced work packaging, and project scoping.

Preferred Qualifications include 15+ years in relevant maintenance planning and execution experience and familiarity in supporting Operations within the Refining or LNG industry.

This role operates globally, supporting business requirements across the world. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
