Job Overview:

A key position at our organization is available for a Creative Operations Manager. As the bridge between our Design Department and Production Team, this role plays a vital part in facilitating the smooth delivery of daily tasks.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to manage and coordinate multiple projects efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure seamless operations and collaboration among team members.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while meeting deadlines. If you have experience as a team leader or supervisor, with good PC skills and excellent organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and facilitate the design and content delivery requirements from the Project Manager
  • Coordinate with the production team, Live Tracking team, Print, Electronic Media team and Field coordinator
  • Brief and ideate for production-related tasks
  • Check and proof-read content and designs for production deliveries
  • Coordinate with the design head and creative director for design approvals
  • Manage tasks allotted through official platforms and monitor progress
  • Ensure synchronization with the Project Manager and awareness of task status and deadlines
