Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to drive our design team forward at GrowthStudioz. As a creative lead, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand identities, innovative website visuals, and engaging videos that tell impactful stories.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality graphics, specifically conversion Ads for D2C brands, by applying your creative expertise.
  • Design visually appealing content based on given briefs from the internal team, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Utilize AI image-gen tools to create unique and captivating visuals.
  • Implement brand aesthetics & art direction across various design projects, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Deliver quality output for assigned tasks on a daily basis.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously refine your skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in graphic design and visual creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is essential.
  • Knowledge of AI-based image generation tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills are required.
  • Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals for designing conversion-friendly Ads is necessary.
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually and collaborate effectively is crucial.
