Job Summary

  • We are seeking a junior data analyst to perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • The selected candidate will apply their knowledge of business processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues or problems that may arise.
  • Assessing and resolving non-standard and standard issues or problems will be a key responsibility of the junior data analyst. This will involve working closely with colleagues to identify solutions and implementing changes as needed.
  • The junior data analyst will also seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks or problems outside the scope of their work. This will ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Candidates with good communication skills and a commerce background will be considered for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
  • This is an opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • A two-way cab facility is available for employees who need transportation to and from work.
  • Shift timings for this role are 5pm to 2:30am, with rotational shifts to ensure adequate rest time.
