Job Title: Cashier/Billing Executive

This is a highly skilled and detail-oriented role responsible for utilizing ERP software to identify outstanding accounts, generating bills and invoices specific to customer requirements, and delivering invoices to clients via digital and traditional services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and communication skills, and a basic understanding of office software and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ERP software to identify outstanding accounts
  • Generate bills and invoices specific to customer requirements
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services
  • Reconcile all payments with invoices
  • Manage petty cash
  • Identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP
  • Regularly update receivables specific to customer
  • Answer customers' questions and address problems
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Accounts team
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports and present to the Reporting Authority

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP
  • Strong computational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Robust written and communication skill set
  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery
