About This Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to be the primary point of contact for our consumers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to kickstart their career in customer success.

The successful candidate will handle customer interactions across various platforms, including WhatsApp API, calls, emails, and queries. They will be responsible for resolving customer issues with empathy, product knowledge, and quick turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Conversations: Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp API, calls, emails, and other query platforms.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries with empathy, product knowledge, and quick turnaround.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales & logistics) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Consumer Insights: Share consumer feedback and insights to help improve products, communication, and processes.
  • Engagement Campaigns: Assist with consumer engagement campaigns, onboarding journeys, and feedback collection.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction is warm, clear, and helpful.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking.
  • Interest in wellness, nutrition, and consumer brands is a plus.
  • A people-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving skills.
