Your Role

As the Senior eCommerce Project Manager, you will lead projects that drive our digital transformation efforts. This includes project coordination, lifecycle management, business case development, market research, deliverables definition, collaboration, monitoring, and impact analysis.

Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete project lifecycle from conception to implementation and closure.
  3. Business Case Development: Research and prepare business cases to identify new opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research on available tools and competitor features to inform project planning.
  5. Deliverables Definition: Define concrete deliverables, create project timetables, and evaluate necessary resources for successful realization.
  6. Collaboration: Align with product owners to identify development resources and maintain oversight on project progress.
  7. Monitoring & Reporting: Measure and report project progress to management and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.
  8. Impact Analysis: Reflect on the expected vs. actual business value post-implementation of projects.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 - 12 years in eCommerce with proven project management experience in eCommerce or CRM implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with eCommerce technology stacks (e.g., SFCC, SFMC, SAP) and experience with Agile methodology.
  • Certifications: Agile Project Management (Foundation & Practitioner) and/or PMP certification preferred.
