Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that integrate data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and established CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics capabilities.
  • Develop and implement data modeling and governance strategies to ensure data quality and security.
  • Work with application development teams to design and develop scalable and secure applications using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to enable real-time data integration and business process automation.

Requirements:

  • 10-18 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, or architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Life Sciences Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and established CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Experience with data modeling and governance, application development methodologies, and integration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Heroku integration experience.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and customization experience in classic.
  • Health insurance domain knowledge.
