Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect Leader who can drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to streamline system configuration and deployment. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting new processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Design and implement new processes and solutions to improve system configuration and deployment.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to resolve complex technical challenges during implementation.
  • Offer hands-on guidance for database configuration, debugging, and performance tuning.

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, preferably in the FinTech domain.
  • Proven expertise in implementing SaaS-based enterprise solutions and cloud technology migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong MS SQL skills with proficiency in database design, TSQL queries, and enterprise software configuration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving system inefficiencies, especially related to deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical problem-solving skills.
