Senior Enterprise Solutions Developer

Job Description

In this position, you will closely work with IT HR Strategic Product Portfolio Architect, IT HR Architects, IT HR Product Managers and Owners, other IT streams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, Platforms, Analytics & Data & Integrations etc.), offshore delivery teams and vendors to bring deep expertise and knowledge to:

• Manage and evolve the IT systems landscape to ensure operations in secure/performant/compliant manner
• Support the implementation of the IT strategy and roadmaps to maximize business benefits and cost effectiveness
• Drive innovation in IT
• Support the implementation of Nestle Enterprise Architecture programs in IT HR

all in alignment with Nestle systems architecture standards and with the Enterprise's future-state systems architecture vision.

A day in the life of

• The IT Senior Solution Architect is responsible and accountable to define, document and get the required approvals related to the design of new solutions in all aspects related to Technical Architecture, Application Security, Integrations Design, Securing Data in Motion and Data at Rest.
• Similarly, if the solution evolves on any of the areas mentioned above, the IT Senior Solution Architect is responsible and accountable to review the design, document the changes and get the approvals for their implementation.
• The IT Senior Solution Architect would also support Product Managers, Product Owners and project teams when required during RFP processes of new solutions, assessing the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) of the solutions, reviewing the Cloud Solution assessments, providing information related to non-functional technical requirements, providing technical information on the required integrations and during the final solution architecture review and specific project phases (as cutovers or testing phases).
• The IT Senior Solution Architect will work on regularly basis with IT HR Product Managers and Owners and Solution Architects and with IT HR offshore delivery team to provide a full view of IT system landscape utilization and highlights and manages potential conflicts between projects, sustain and maintenance activities.
• The IT Senior Solution Architect will monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the solutions and will define the strategy to upgrade/change them.
• The IT Senior Solution Architect will Work on regularly basis with IT Security and IT Platforms, Nestle Workforce 360, IT Innovation IT HR, offshore delivery team and vendors to evolve the IT system landscape in a secure an efficient manner according to Nestle systems architecture standards.
• The IT Senior Solution Architect will also develop Architecture Building Blocks (ABB), Solution Building Blocks and solution patterns aligned to the overall Nestle Enterprise Architecture and IT Product Groups strategy, to leverage the reusability, security, compliance and acceleration these architecture elements will bring to the organization at the same time that will ensure that product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
• In case of complex technical problems are faced by the solution sustain teams, the IT Senior Solution Architect will support on the investigation of the root causes of the problems and the recommendation of the best possible solution.
• The IT Senior Solution Architect will also support on defining and setting up the appropriate tools to pro-actively monitoring the system performance and availability/stability of the different solutions and to optimize them working together with systems vendors and with IT teams as IT Network, IT Platforms and IT W360.
• IT Senior Solution Architect will also provide support to IT Product Managers and Owners on the planning and preparation of volume stress testing on IT systems to secure their stability and scalability.
• IT Senior Solution Architect will closely work with IT Product Managers and Owners on developing Disaster Recovery Plans together with the systems vendors.
• In summary, you will work closely with IT Strategic Product Portfolio Architect, IT Product Managers and Architects, DevOps teams, technical experts and suppliers to secure that the value planned in the Product Groups roadmaps will be delivered in the most optimal way according to the product strategy and the overall value for money objectives linked to business strategy.
• Responsible as key contact for ITHR Nestle Internal Bangalore based employees.
• Attend IT Hub India Leadership meetings working closely with the IT Hub India Leadership team
• Guide and mentor the ITHR AOA Solution Architect based in Bangalore as required
• Guide and mentor ITHR AOA graduates as part of India IT Hub

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience on managing SAP, SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology Platform architecture and landscape performance.

Strong experience or background on IT security applied on system integrations (Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, Single Sign On, MTLS, IP masking, secure/encrypted connections to SFTP servers, etc.).

Experience or background on Data Privacy regulations (as GDPR).

Excellent understanding of application development methodologies & infrastructure and network architecture.

Good understanding of new and emerging technology trends, the practical application of them to new and evolving business and operating models.

Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements.

Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives.

Ability to understand the long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives of situations.

Experience in implementing DevSecOps in IT products and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.

Knowledgeable on the following solutions would be positively considered:

ServiceNow, WalkMe, UKG Dimensions, Confluent, Automation/RPA tools, Configuration automation tools, Testing automation tools, AI foundations, AI prompting, HR use cases, responsible AI concept and solutions available from vendors.

Project Management skills
