Job Title: Building Information Modelling Engineer

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join our team. As a BIM Modeller, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create complex 3D models of building structures, including walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and staircases.
  • Develop and implement BIM best practices, including LOD standards.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of BIM models and associated data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
