BIM Co-ordinator Job Opportunity

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to lead and oversee our building information modeling processes and standards in Mumbai.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and implement ISO 19650 workflows and certification to ensure seamless integration and standardization across projects.
  • Effectively manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office, fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability.
  • Drive the implementation of group-wide BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level, promoting efficiency and innovation.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices, empowering team members to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, minimizing errors and delays through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with global BIM leadership to ensure consistent and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant Built Environment discipline.
  • Possess Indian qualifications and a minimum of 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, preferably with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • Proven understanding of ISO 19650 implementation and compliance.
