Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs in the financial services or technology sector.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will also be able to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams, to ensure that programs are delivered according to specifications.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, developing contingency plans, and escalating issues to senior management as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of program management experience in financial services or technology
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs with significant budgets
  • Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and practices
