Project Coordinator Role

As a skilled Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by coordinating specific activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and publishing Service delivery SLAs
  • Document management, planning, and critical data tracking for team members
  • Coordinating data collection from the team, consolidating data, and providing summary reports for stakeholders
  • Maintaining document control for the Program, tracking competency development of the team
  • Analyzing risks and maintaining the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process

You will also be responsible for publishing reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals, organizing meetings, and tracking action items to closure.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA, formulas, and problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.

This role requires flexibility with rotational shifts.
