About the Role

As a trainee, you will be part of a dynamic and high-energy team that supports clients over the phone and email on event management software. You will work closely with product consultants, analysts, and relationship managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and answer product questions for clients
  • Offer best practice tips to clients to boost meeting attendance via marketing engines
  • Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
  • Create and maintain all product documentation
  • Implement and manage online portions of client events as needed
  • Communicate with clients and review initial implementations, making required changes
  • Provide suggestions to improve overall results and help clients meet their goals
  • Document all communication with clients in CRM software

Required Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates (2024-2025)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Business acumen, ethics, and integrity
  • Comfort level using online software products
  • Ability to articulate, organize, and multi-task effectively
